A well-established estate in the Paarl currently has a full-time permanent vacancy for a dynamic individual, who will form part of their facilities management team. Living within a 20km radius of Paarl would be advantages.
The responsibilities of the job incumbent include the following functions: · Aesthetics, landscaping and building control inspections and reporting · Updating of Sharepoint database · Filing all documentation electronically · Responsible for logging all maintenance issues on estate · liaise with service providers in terms of maintenance repair quotes and work actioned · inspect estate for maintenance issues and/or progress on commissioned work · assists Estate Manager with administrative tasks.
The ideal job incumbent must adhere to the following person specifications: · Grade 12 · 3-5 years relevant previous experience · computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel) · detail orientated · excellent communication (English & Afrikaans) and conflict management ability · able to multitask and work under pressure · customer orientated.
A market related salary is offered.
