Full time position in Boksburg for a mature, strong Office Assistant to start urgently:
• 2+ years’ experience as Administrative Assistant and/or
Receptionist. A proven track record is essential.

• National Senior Certificate; additional certification in
Office Management is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word,
Excel & Access)
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability
to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
