Key Requirements:
Education: N6 Certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field (a degree/diploma is advantageous).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience managing both Payroll and general HR Administration functions.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging manner.
Core Skills: Outstanding ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with standard HR/Payroll software and MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing the end-to-end payroll process accurately and on time.
Handling general HR administrative duties, including maintaining employee records and files.
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Addressing employee queries professionally and efficiently.
Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
Assist in all office related work
Availability - immediately for 3 months contract, with potential of extension.
