HR manager and payroll administrator

Nexcore Investments is seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team! ​ Key Requirements: ​Education: N6 Certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field (a degree/diploma is advantageous). ​Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience managing both Payroll and general HR Administration functions. ​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging manner. ​Core Skills: Outstanding ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. ​Software Proficiency: Familiarity with standard HR/Payroll software and MS Office Suite. ​ Responsibilities Will Include: ​Managing the end-to-end payroll process accurately and on time. ​Handling general HR administrative duties, including maintaining employee records and files. ​Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. ​Addressing employee queries professionally and efficiently. ​Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
