Working directly alongside the Factory Manager, your primary responsibility will be directing people, managing floor discipline, and keeping production running on schedule.This role focuses heavily on people management, workflow efficiency, and team accountability. Factory HousekeepingMaintain high standards of factory floor organisation and cleanliness (5S / clean-as-you-go).Create and maintain a staff discipline on a daily basisExperience Factory Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven experience working on a factory floor, with a focus on supervising and overseeing staff.Industry Context: Direct experience in a factory setting—preferably within aluminium door & window production / kitchen & joinery production — understanding general assembly lines and factory floor dynamics.Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience managing a team of 10–15 workers.Computer Literacy: Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning factory tracking software.Transport: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own reliable personal transport.This role is a monthly Salary of btw R18 - R22k p/m depending on previous experience in a similar role.
