JC Security SA is a well-established security service provider seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage operational service delivery across multiple sites in the Western Cape.Key Responsibilities
Overall management of security operations and site performance
Daily coordination and supervision of area managers and site supervisors
Ensuring full compliance with PSIRA, Labour Law, and Bargaining Council requirements
Client liaison and relationship management, including handling escalations and service issues
Staff management including rostering, discipline, performance management, and training oversight
Conducting site inspections, audits, and operational assessments
Managing incidents, investigations, and corrective action reports
Ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality
Supporting HR and payroll with accurate operational data
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as an Operations Manager (security industry essential)
Minimum 3 experience in the security industry
Valid PSIRA Grade A (non-negotiable)
Strong knowledge of PSIRA regulations, BCEA, and Labour Relations
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong administrative and reporting abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
