Security Operations Manager Cape Town

JC Security SA is a well-established security service provider seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage operational service delivery across multiple sites in the Western Cape.

• Overall management of security operations and site performance

• Daily coordination and supervision of area managers and site supervisors

• Ensuring full compliance with PSIRA, Labour Law, and Bargaining Council requirements

• Client liaison and relationship management, including handling escalations and service issues

• Staff management including rostering, discipline, performance management, and training oversight

• Conducting site inspections, audits, and operational assessments

• Managing incidents, investigations, and corrective action reports

• Ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and service quality

• Supporting HR and payroll with accurate operational data

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager (security industry essential)

• Minimum 3 experience in the security industry

• Valid PSIRA Grade A (non-negotiable)

• Strong knowledge of PSIRA regulations, BCEA, and Labour Relations

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Strong administrative and reporting abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, reporting systems)
