Duties:
Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for approximately +- 350 employees on the VIP payroll system (this will include the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of the new employee, leave and terminations)

Higher education in construction management

Have 3 years work experience as a contracts manager specifically in the construction industry
Responsibilities and Skills of Position:Overseeing and coordinating projects from the planning to the completion of project
Ensuring all assigned projects are complete within budget and deadline dates
Supervising teams and sub contractors to ensure optimal efficiency and high quality service at all times
Inspecting assigned sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
Supervising and instructing teams as well as subcontractors on each site
Attend site meetings
Assisting with ordering and obtaining supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance and managing employees
Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
Must have excellent organisational and planning skills
Must be able to interpret engineering plans and drawings
