Qualifications
- Matric
- Any additional commercial qualification will be an advantage
- Must have Syspro 8 ERP Experience
- Must have 3 5 years sales administration experience in FMCG markets (must be current)
- Must have retail & whole experience in FMCG market or Products (must be current )
- Must be an advanced MS Excel user
- Handling of master data changes in Syspro
- Handling new accounts to be opened
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Prepare monthly sales packs
- Handling of customer queries
- Create new reports from data in Syspro
- Reconciliation of warehouse returns and credit notes
- Matching of payment deductions with returns , rebates and discounts
- Capturing of orders on Syspro
- Assist with the control of agent invoices and PODs
- Assist with customer complaints
- Maintain contract pricing for Retailers on Syspro.
- Maintain Master and Sub Accounts in Syspro
