They focus on delivering practical, risk-aware guidance and legally informed documentation to support employers with day-to-day and complex employee relations issues.The Role: Senior HR Consultant/ AdvisorThe purpose of this role is to act as a frontline advisor providing fast and commercially realistic HR support in relation to UK employment law and practice. The role exists to manage employee relations cases end-to-end and produce high-quality, defensible documentation while collaborating regularly with a UK-based team.
