Key Responsibilities:Manage the development and design of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring that they meet project requirements and engineering standardsReview and authorise technical drawings, schematics, and specificationsOversee system testing, inspection processes, and compliance with safety and regulatory standardsLead and coordinate multiple engineering projects, including resource planning, scheduling, and budget oversightSupervise installation and commissioning activities and ensure clear documentation of all work performedDevelop preventative and predictive maintenance programmes to improve system reliabilityProvide expert support on faultâ??finding, troubleshooting, and rootâ??cause investigationsEnsure that all E&I activities align with ISOâ?¯9001:2015 and internal safety proceduresDrive improvements across processes, systems, and technologies, incorporating industry advancements and automation toolsEngage and collaborate with clients, project teams, and contractors to ensure that technical requirements are metLead, develop, and support engineers, electricians, and instrumentation techniciansPrepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering documentationContribute to departmental planning, performance tracking, and strategic initiatives related to project and business goalsMinimum Requirements:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (ECSA registration preferred.
