It specializes in providing complex engineering and interconnect solutions or RF engineering to its customers.The Role: Field Application EngineerThe purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between complex engineering and customer solutions. The Field Application Engineer acts as a hard-working team player who provides technical recommendations and manages product performance while identifying new business opportunities to support strategic expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize 13 years of experience in Technical Sales to influence customers and deliver technical presentations.Conduct site visits to provide tailored technical recommendations and maintain the customer database.Take full technical ownership of product performance, updates, and market applications.Support strategic expansion into new markets and assist with marketing events and proposals.Maintain a solid understanding of logistics including warehousing and stock reporting.Communicate complex technical information regarding interconnect solutions or RF engineering.Use CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions and performance.About YouGrade 12 plus a recognized technical qualification, with Mechatronics highly preferred.13 years of experience in Technical Sales is advantageous.Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical information regarding interconnect solutions or RF engineering.Proven ability to influence customers and deliver technical presentations.Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and stock reporting.
