Qualifications:Matric and a Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.8 years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with requirements documentation and process mapping tools.Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.Data analysis/reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, SQL advantageous).
