This is an excellent opportunity to work within a mission-driven, innovative environment where data directly supports real-world impact across South Africa.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end analytics workflow, from data extraction to insight delivery.Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support operational and strategic teams.Clean, structure, and maintain datasets for accuracy and reliability.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behaviour, network performance, and business operations.Provide actionable insights to leadership to support decision-making across technical, commercial, and field-operations teams.Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and network support teams.Ensure high data quality standards and implement improvements where needed.Support ad-hoc data requests and business intelligence needs.Commercial Acumen: Churn & retention analysis, Customer lifecycle metrics (first-payment rate, inactivity, reactivation, at-risk customers), Customer & revenue cohortsRecurring revenue metrics (MRR, ARPU, LTV, unit economics), Revenue and payment behaviour trendsAcquisition efficiency, lead conversion, commercial funnel performance, CACBudgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling supportNetwork uptime & reliability metricsCapacity utilisation, Installation performance & field ticket analysisCoverage vs utilisation, subscriber density & geographic insights Minimum Requirements:3–5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision (“hit the ground running”).Advanced SQL experience.Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.Experience working in technology, telecoms, or a high-growth environment is beneficial.Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.Salary and PackageSalary CTC: R650,000 - R800,000 per annum18 days annual leaveAdditional benefits: Group Life Cover & Provident Fun
