After that we will interview you to evaluate your level of understanding and clarity about our business project, your willingness to learn and educate yourself, your decision-making ability through multiple interviews before we decide to move forward with your application.Basic Required Qualifications Good English communication skills. Being able to work on a remote set up with a stable internet connection. Quick learner who can adapt to different environments. Outside the box thinker.Other Qualifications which may benefit you Teamwork, leadership, and management skills. Knowledge and experience in E-commerce, advertising and marketing. Financial literacy.FAQ 01: What are my responsibilities of this project?If you are a fresh graduate and ready to learn the following skills, still you could give it a try.There are multiple responsibilities in our project under Marketing, Advertising, Business Analysis, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HR management, etc.. We will see what is the most suitable responsibility for you after the interviews and we will provide you more information to prepare yourself for the interviews. Key responsibilities:Training Needs Assessment: Identification of the skills and competencies required to meet organisational goals and objectives.Training Design and Development: Development of training programmes to upskill employees and stakeholders to effectively and efficiently utilise tools and solutions of the organisation.Training Delivery: Implementation of the training programme to deliver the necessary training to the organisations staff and stakeholders through an omnichannel approach based on location and maturity of the operating environment.Training Evaluation: Assessment of training programme effectiveness through the organisation and stakeholder performance in usage of the organisations tools and solutions.Continuous Improvement: Ongoing updates, improvement and delivery of training to employees and relevant stakeholders.Minimum qualifications and certifications:Minimum 5 years experience in training management, and experience in ICT systems training.Relevant training or facilitation certificationsDegree or diploma in Training, HR or related field (advantageous)
