Job Description
The Maintenance Staff member will be responsible for general office and building maintenance duties, ensuring the facility remains safe and well-maintained. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, able to perform manual tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.Key Responsibilities
- General office and building maintenance support
- Moving and rearranging office furniture and equipment
- Assisting with basic electrical maintenance and minor repairs
- Handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and transporting items
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas
- Supporting maintenance teams with ad-hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Proven experience in building or office maintenance
- Physically fit and able for manual tasks
- Willingness to work hands-on
- Ability to follow instructions
