Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role in high-volume
food production within a retail environment
Strong stock control and ordering experience
Must have strong knowledge on Food costing, GP’s and Meal
Cost breakdowns
Proven staff management skills, including rostering and
handling disciplinary processes
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public
holidays
Solid HACCP knowledge and experience
Hospitality qualification (formal certificate or diploma
required)
Knowledge of packaging and food labelling will be
beneficial.
Must be able to work in a customer facing role and be
willing to promote new products.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee
daily kitchen operations, maintain high food safety and quality standards,
manage team performance, and ensure efficient stock management in a high-output
setting.
