Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team for both light and heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership targets.
  • Oversee customer relationship management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the commercial vehicle sector, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of light and heavy commercial vehicle product ranges and customer segments.
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with strong business acumen.
  • Valid drivers license.
