Are you an experienced tradesperson with strong leadership skills and a passion for engineering and fabrication? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our workshop team consisting of 15 employees in a busy and fast-paced engineering and fabrication environment. The ideal candidate must be aged between 25–40 years, with strong leadership qualities and hands-on trade experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead workshop staff in day-to-day activities
• Coordinate and manage fabrication and engineering projects to meet deadlines
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Maintain equipment and workshop cleanliness
• Liaise with project managers and clients as required

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge in fabrication, engineering, or related field
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, and workshop machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings and fabricate to specification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety standards
