Oor die RolOns kliënt is op soek na n Junior Rekenmeester om by die maatskappy se Finansiële Departement aan te sluit.As n Junior Rekenmeester sal jy die finansiële span ondersteun deur transaksies akkuraat te verwerk,opgedateerde finansiële rekords by te hou en te help met rekeningrekonsiliasies.SleutelverantwoordelikhedeHelp met data-invoer van finansiële transaksies, insluitend fakture, betalings en kwitansies.Rekonsilieer bankstate en maatskappy grootboeke gereeld.Ondersteun die voorbereiding van basiese finansiële verslae en state.Verwerk krediteure- en debiteuretransaksies.Help met die voorbereiding van BTW, LBS (PAYE), WVF (UIF) en ander statutêre opgawes.Byhou van georganiseerde en opgedateerde finansiële dokumentasie en rekords.Ondersteun interne oudits en voorbereiding vir eksterne oudits.Verrig roetine administratiewe take verwant aan die finansiële funksie.Kwalifikasiesn Erkende Diploma of Graad in Rekeningkunde.ErvaringMinimum van 2 jaar ervaring as n junior rekenmeester in Suid-Afrika.Basiese begrip van Suid-Afrikaanse rekeningkundige standaarde en belastingwette.SagtewareVaardig in rekeningkundige en finansiële bestuursagteware (bv. Xero of soortgelyk).
