Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. If you thrive on organization, deadlines, and coordinating multiple projects in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditure, and support financial reporting.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary.
• Assist senior management with project planning, resource allocation, and daily administration.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and contract administration.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
