This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Commercial, Digital, and Operations, offering the opportunity to influence the pricing strategy, product development, and channel performance through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:Revenue, Pricing & Reconciliations:Develop, implement, and monitor accurate pricing calculations aligned with the commercial strategyEnsure that booking system records reconcile to payments received and that rates are correctly appliedReconcile all payment methods monthly for current and future bookingsManage partner invoicing processes in accordance with contractual termsValidate the correct application of taxes and perform VAT reconciliations on ticket salesSystems & Process Optimisation:Optimise integration between ticketing/reservation systems and financial systems to ensure data integrityProvide early visibility of system or commercial changes impacting revenue recognition or forecastingParticipate in projects aimed at improving revenue processes, systems, and automation Commercial & Revenue Insight:Analyse pricing, revenue, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and areas of underperformanceProvide strategic insights on pricing performance, market trends, and revenue optimisation opportunitiesInfluence product development, channel distribution, and customer segmentation decisionsWork closely with Digital and eCommerce teams to manage online pricing and inventoryForecasting & Performance Management:Produce demand forecasts, revenue budgets, and long-range projectionsAlign forecasting models with financial targets, commercial campaigns, and operational capacityDevelop scenario planning models under varying market conditionsDesign and support KPIs for revenue optimisation (e.g. RASK, load factor, yield, and RevPAR)Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:Lead, coach, and mentor the revenue accounting teamDrive accountability, performance, and continuous improvementBuild strong working relationships across Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and external partnersFacilitate effective cross-functional communicationAudit, Governance & Compliance:Support internal and external audits through accurate documentation and reconciliation trailsAddress audit queries, implement corrective actions, and maintain audit readinessEnsure compliance with tax legislation, pricing governance policies, contractual agreements, and aviation regulationsMinimum Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)BCom De
