Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the full production process from quoting and sourcing to order follow-ups and delivery.Communicate with suppliers and clients to ensure artwork approvals and order timelines are met.Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.Oversee and support production admin activities from start to finish.Monitor order progress and ensure all deadlines are met.Proactively recommend process improvements.Requirements:35 years experience in the Promotional Gifts & Clothing industry (essential).Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities with accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office and production-related systems.Grade 12 minimum; a tertiary qualification will be an advantage.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team in a dynamic industry.
