- 1â??3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or engineering support.
- Understanding of materials, lifting equipment, rigging, or manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to translate complex technical information into simple terms.
- Valid driver's license.
- The focus of the role is to build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the product or service.
- Responsible for managing the renewal process and retaining customers.
- Actively promote products
- Continuous engagement and collaboration with engineering and production departments.
- Networking with industry professionals and stakeholders in the mining sector.
