Minimum Requirements
Newly admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Right of Appearance in the High Court (preferred; if not obtained, candidate must be willing to urgently secure same)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
Strong legal drafting skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Professional communication and client engagement skills
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and motion proceedings
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research
Key Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings, notices, affidavits, and legal correspondence
Court appearances (Magistrates’ and High Court)
Legal research and opinion writing
Client consultations and file management
Case preparation and compliance management
Performing any other legal and administrative duties as may reasonably be required
