Job Description:Produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCADPrepare reinforcing layouts and rebar schedules using AutoCAD RebarCollaborate closely with structural engineers to interpret design requirements and technical specificationsUpdate, manage, and maintain Revit models throughout the project lifecycleEnsure all drawings and documentation comply with relevant standards and project requirementSkills & Experience:Strong proficiency in Revit (including families and template creation) and AutoCADProven experience detailing reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and timber structuresExposure to BIM workflows and construction documentation standardsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong communication skills and the ability to work independentlyMinimum 47 years relevant structural detailing experienceQualification:Grade 12 with certification in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or BTech in Civil Engineering or a related field (advantageous) Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
