Maintenance Cost ControlTrack and allocate fleet, maintenance, and operational costs to correct cost centres.Report overspending against maintenance budgets to CFO and CIO. Regional OversightConsolidate financial results for region (4 countries).Submit regional cashflow forecasts to CIO monthly. Procurement ExecutionManage P2P process, ensuring compliance with approved supplier list.Align purchasing with stock forecasts provided by Operations.
