Staff & Stakeholder ManagementManage nursery labourers and administrative staff as required.Maintain positive relationships with clients, buyers, industry stakeholders, and internal management.Liaise with various role-players in the industry to support business growth.6. Administration & FinanceOversee production management and productivity within the nursery.Assist with budget preparation, cost estimations, and financial planning for nursery operations.7. General ObligationsEnsure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and best horticultural practices.Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by management to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
