  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and PDF handling
  • Basic bookkeeping experience and ability to work with an external accountant
  • Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and document filing
  • Invoicing and printing delivery notes
  • Capturing and maintaining accurate Excel records
  • Recording casual labour attendance
  • Capturing and tracking staff overtime hours
  • Preparing documentation for the accountant
  • Email correspondence via Outlook
  • Occasional collection of documents from the accounting firm (within a 5 km radius)
