Accounts Receivable Administrator:Duties: Capturing details billed/invoiced in IQ financial reporting system onto Velocity stock.Meeting with clients to resolve account queries where face-to-face meetings are needed.Processing of cancellations where clients have cancelled.Will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager.Liaising with other departments to resolve billing and account queries (eg.
