The Loan Evaluator will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and processing loan applications submitted through various channels. The role involves regular communication with loan agents and customers to ensure accurate information gathering and clear explanations of loan processes. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently across multiple communication platforms.
