Acting as a strategic partner to the London-based leadership team, you will lead mandates across the financial services sector, build new relationships, and support expansion into the North American market.Key ResponsibilitiesBring 23 years of experience in a 360° recruitment role with a proven billing track recordManage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to final placement and fee closeConduct targeted outreach to generate new mandates with global Investment Banks and PE fundsAdvise clients on candidate shortlists, market trends, and hiring strategyLead outbound campaigns to convert leads into active businessPerform online research to identify and map North American client contactsUpdate and maintain accurate client data to support international growth plansAbout You23+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment with strong revenue performanceProven success managing clients in finance, legal, or professional servicesStrong business development skills with a closer mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication for high-level client interactionSelf-motivated, strategic, and confident in a fully remote roleAble to work 11 am7pm South Africa time, Monday to Thursday
