AdministrationTo ensure accurate records are available on each project being supervised.Call ReportA timeous and accurate Technical Service Report is submitted to the Technical Service Manager regarding calls made during the week. This is handed in monthly at the end of each month.Technical ReportCompilation of general reports on digital platforms such as Tru QC and is typically issued to the application contactor/client.A detailed Reference Area Report is kept on every major project or project that carries warranty and is made available to the National Sales Manager or Technical Manager as requested.
