Job PurposeThe Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing, priming, and spray-painting Putzmeister machinery, components, and equipment to ensure a high-quality finish that meets company and industry standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our brand reputation for durable and aesthetically excellent products. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces of machinery, components, and assemblies for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.Apply primers, base coats, and topcoats using spray-painting techniques to achieve the required finish.Mix paints, coatings, and materials according to specifications, ensuring correct color matching and consistency.Conduct inspections to ensure surfaces are properly prepared and paint applications meet Putzmeister quality standards.Maintain spray-painting equipment, spray booths, and tools in good working order.Identify and report any defects or quality concerns during the painting process.Ensure compliance with company safety policies, PPE usage, and health and safety regulations.Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and assembly teams to ensure deadlines are met.Keep accurate records of paint usage, stock levels, and maintenance activities.
