Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through to closure
  • Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and resource plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
  • Track and report project progress, status updates, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and project governance frameworks
  • Manage vendor and third-party deliverables where applicable
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management practices
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members where required
Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile certifications beneficial
  • Formal training in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies advantageous
Experience:
  • 4+ years experience managing IT or business systems projects end-to-end
  • Demonstrated success delivering medium to large-scale projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
  • Solid risk management, issue management, and governance experience
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and forecasting
  • Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments advantageous
