You will work closely with the General Manager and take responsibility for:Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting and bank reconciliations in Xero.Manage customer and supplier accounts, including statements, bill reviews, and payments.Perform weekly controls over sales (including cash) and stock, and support stock control improvements.Process monthly payroll, EMP submissions, VAT reconciliations, and statutory payments.Prepare and post monthly journals and complete month-end reconciliations.Prepare monthly Management Accounts and supporting schedules.Coordinate and oversee all finance-related office activities.Train, support, and guide office staff on finance processes.Improve, document, and maintain finance and admin procedures.Liaise with auditors, banks, and external parties on finance, compliance, and funding matters.Who Were Looking For:We need someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
