Minimum RequirementsTrade Test as a Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal preferred)Minimum 58 years experience as a diesel mechanicProven experience working on FAW, Volvo, FAD, and MAN vehiclesPrevious supervisory or foreman experience in a workshop environmentStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsSound knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systemsValid drivers licence (Code 10/14 with PDP advantageous).Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day workshop activities and staff.Must have Automotive experience, Diesel mechanic Experience working on FAW, VOLVO, FAD, and MAN.Allocate jobs to mechanics and ensure work is completed efficiently and on timePerform and oversee diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of diesel vehiclesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standardsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and senior mechanicsConduct quality checks on completed work before vehicle releaseManage breakdowns and urgent repair requestsLiaise with the parts department to ensure the availability of sparesMaintain accurate job cards, service records, and workshop reportsEnforce housekeeping and workshop discipline.How to Apply:
