Requirements:Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field510 years relevant experience within property development or constructionProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of contract administration (e.g., JBCC)Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and cost management softwareExcellent financial acumen and commercial awarenessStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesKey Responsibilities:Manage and oversee approximately five concurrent property development projects across eThekwiniPrepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and cash flowsConduct cost planning, estimating, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycleManage procurement processes, including tendering, adjudication, and contract administrationCoordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders across multiple workstreamsTrack project progress against programme timelines and address any delays or risksEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirementsConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and cost controlPrepare and present regular project and financial reports to senior managementIdentify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
