Under the guidance of the Manager: Portfolio Management, this person will be expected to take responsibility and ownership for the successful management of the member relationships and the credit and/or risk data of the assigned portfolio as well as various administrative functions. They will furthermore be expected to be able to engage with a vast and diverse stakeholder base proactively and effectively at various organisational levels, both internal and external to the companys environment to drive the effective delivery and implementation of the companys strategy and related objectives and provide input into the relevant progress reporting against targets.Location: Midrand (Hybrid)High-level description of role Arrange and organise meetings, including relevant documentation, logistical and refreshments etc.Perform minute taking duties during meetings and prepare minutes, matters arising activity log and decision log and distribution thereof.Follow up on and update matters arising from meeting minutes.Provide an administrative support function to the Unit.
