If for reasons beyond our control the order will be delivered / completed late, contact the client and explain why and adjust the delivery date accordingly Generate Purchase Requisitions for any materials / bought out items as required and forward to the purchasing department to process Conform to the ISO / NSSC QMS requirements as documented and listed in the Authorities Matrix Ensure COD accounts are paid before putting the job in the system , unless it is a customer that you have dealt with regular and is trust worthy .On large amounts 50% upfront and 50% on release or otherwise arranged and approved. Identifying business opportunitys by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry through market activities and competitors.Ensure to meet or exceed performance goals/targets coherent with company policies. Involve yourself in any area that may benefit the team and the customers.Responds to inquiries and complaints, with specific regards to customer satisfaction.Ensure all filing is done as required by the ISO procedures
