Assist with mechanical breakdowns as part of planned and
unplanned maintenance activities.
Support all engineering and production teams with hands-on
technical solutions.
Apply strong technical reasoning and troubleshooting skills
in cross‑disciplinary
environments.
Other supporting and admirative duties as required by
foreman and manager.
Minimum Requirements
Red Seal Trade Test or Wireman’s License ( 3 phase
competency).
3–5 years electrical maintenance experience, including fault‑finding, planned maintenance,
and breakdown response.
Mechanical aptitude with experience in basic mechanical
repairs (motors, pumps, machinery).
Technically minded, with strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
Flexibility to work overtime, when required at short notice,
and ability to attend after‑hours
call‑outs as part of
duties.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Strong knowledge of SANS 10142‑1
and safe working practices
