The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Operations Manage / control depot; checking area daily; evaluate driver behaviour; regular route and road checks; review route reports; determine fares and fare grids; update schedules and rosters; monitor functionality of ticketing systemsVehicle maintenance servicing / preventative maintenance of vehicles; report road conditions to local governmentHealth & Safety oversee H&S audits; ensure adherence to road traffic regulations and passenger safety; reviewing of vehicles roadworthyContracted services and service development adherence to private hire targets and SLAsStakeholder management productive relationships with stakeholders; prioritize communicationReporting concise reporting; operational plan reports; oversight to the development of reports / policies / proceduresFinancial / risk management identify / manage project risk and maintain project plan; quarterly and annual reportingPeople management training subordinates; management staff performance; implement people management practices; manage staff morale Salary: R1 043 628.00 per annum CTC
