Our telecommunication client in Milnerton / Maitland Cape Town is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator All-rounder with 3 years plus experience as an all-rounder. You need experience in Bookkeeping (Processing & Invoicing on QuickBooks), Debtors, creditors and other admin record-keeping duties.

Matric
A bookkeeping Certificate an extra bonus
3 years of Financial Administrator / Bookkeeping, and general office admin experience
Experience in general office administration and co-ordinating
Experience in assisting with a small payroll of 20 staff (most permanent)
QuickBooks and Excel experience essential
SARS efling experience with returns and some submissions EMP’s, PAYE, and VAT
VAT calculation and submission experience
Experience with imports is a bonus

JOB FUNCTION:
Client Relationship Management
Engage with the client management team to ensure effective operational management.Ensure implementation & maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures.Identify trends and analyse the needs of the client to propose operational interventions.
Recruitment
Liaise with the recruitment team, ensuring full understanding of the profile for new recruits.Assist with co-ordination of recruitment process.Keep the client and recruitment team informed of process.Schedule interviews.Manage attrition.Completion of all documentation relating to candidate placement.
Operational Management
