Key ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using SolidWorksAssist with sheet metal component and assembly design and development.Interpret engineering drawings and specificationsSupport senior draughtsmen and engineers with design modifications and revisionsPrepare production-ready drawings and documentationEnsure designs meet industry and quality standardsLiaise with internal and external teams to ensure accurate execution of designs3D scanning and scan model preparation and data processing.3D printing of parts.Assist with assembly of items at times, willing to get their hands dirty is required.Minimum Requirements12 years experience as a Junior DraughtsmanProficiency in SolidWorks (essential)Hands-on experience with sheet metal designPrevious exposure to the automotive manufacturing industryAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsMust have a natural ability for design, must be able to take instructions and interpret 3D concepts explained verbally and visualize the final design.Comfortable with working remotely when required as well as working digitally with clients based in US and EU.Drivers license and own reliable transport, willingness to meet suppliers and clients.A willingness to learn and explore new methods of design and manufacture.Sign and respect NDAs and all confidentiality regarding clients and supplier operations.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
