IT Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline (preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in networking, system setup, and software deployment
• Proven IT Management experience
• Hands-on with SQL Server
• Strong background in Accounting, Finance, or Budgeting
• Manufacturing industry experience (preferred)

Key Requirements:

• First-line IT support and user assistance
• Oversee ERP systems, servers, backups, patching, and infrastructure
• Manage 3rd-party hosting, vendors, and SLAs
• Ensure IT compliance, governance, and licensing
• Handle system updates, security, antivirus, and mail protection (e.g., Mimecast)
• Manage Ossi call logging system and after-hours support
• Coordinate IT procurement, budgeting, and cost recovery
• Deliver training, onboarding, and system access (GP, AD, etc.)
• Run incentive calculations, import pricing, and generate BI360 reports
• Maintain accurate registers (e.g., barcodes, distribution radiuses)
• Compile IT budgets, board reports, and manage chargebacks
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency
• Drive disaster recovery testing and ensure data security
