KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have Matric, coupled with 5 plus years experience in procurement administration (both local and foreign), opening/closing work orders, managing warranty claims on equipment received and returned, as well as invoicing and following up on debtors outstanding payments.You will have sound knowledge of dealing with freight forwarders, tracking shipments and liaising with customers on orders, as well as being the point of contact between the technical departments, sales and suppliers.Advanced Excel and expert ERP software skills are essentialYou will be able to function efficiently and effectively under pressure, be accurate and effective in problem solving.Your communication skills will be above average, with fluency in English being critical.You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be for your expense.
