Accounts Receivable Administrator:Duties: Capturing details billed/invoiced in IQ financial reporting system onto Velocity stock.Meeting with clients to resolve account queries where face-to-face meetings are needed.Processing of cancellations where clients have cancelled.Will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager.Liaising with other departments to resolve billing and account queries (eg. About The RoleAssist the IT Department by supporting the creation and maintenance of simple automations and helping to promote the use of GenAI and Google tools across the organisation.
