Reporting to the Warehouse / Production Manager, you will be responsible for :Collecting and signing Batch Manufacturing RecordsCreate, release and closure of SAP process ordersCheck and Verify Batch Manufacturing Records reconciliations balance prior to close process order in SAPCommunicate any batch reconciliation errors to Production PharmacistsCommunicate production updates and errors to Manager on regular basisProduction Stock Replenishment - Create Transfer Orders for Warehouse picking of raw materials, primary and secondary packaging as per batch manufactured, dailyUpdate Raw material tracking scheduleUpdate WIP tracker with finished goodsProvide Financial analysis and support to managementCreate, maintain and update BOMs & Recipes on the accounting system (ERP: SAP)Ensure compliance with internal controlsPrepare product costing analysisParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesImmediately report any defects in the building, equipment, or any other safety concernEducational Qualifications and Professional Experience:Diploma or Degree in Cost Accounting or Finance - this is essentialMin 2 - 3 years production experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical / FMCG or chemical) - this is essentialSAP Manufacturing Module experience is essentialMicrosoft Office (excel, word)Ability to interpret and execute SOPs and work instructionsCommand of the English language written and spokenAnalytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a team
