This is an exciting growth role for candidates who want to develop their technical and integration skills in the world of unified communication, contact centres, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions. You will be assisting with solution deployments, support integrations (CRM, APIs, transcription tools, chatbots), and help build workflows using n8n and conversational bots in Flo wise. This is a hands-on technical role with clear opportunities to grow into a full Technical Specialist. DUTIES:Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of VoIP and contact centre systems.Provide troubleshooting support for networks, servers, and telecoms applications.Help design and configure customer integrations, including APIs, CRM systems, transcription tools, and AI bots.Build and maintain basic workflows for process automation.Assist in the creation of conversational bots.Participate in proof-of-concept and pilot deployments.Prepare clear documentation and contribute to solution knowledge bases.Support project teams with various tasks, testing, and feedback.Collaborate with the Projects department to ensure accurate and timely project delivery within budget.Assist with piloting and proof-of-concept deployments of solutions within customer environments.Support product and service offering demonstrations.Perform all relevant administrative tasks related to the job function.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Work with various teams to ensure solutions are successfully scoped.Assist with the installation of hardware, systems, and software.Provide support for server and server cluster administration.Assist with system backup and restore procedures.Perform initial troubleshooting analysis to resolve infrastructure issues.Document problems and their resolutions for future reference.Monitor system performance and assist with performance tuning. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications and Experience: Technical Qualification or equivalent experience4+ years’ experience in a technical support or networking roleMinimum 5 years in VoIP and IP Telephony technologies like SIP, DNS, RTP, IP-PBX, etc.Working knowledge in WAN/LAN/system monitoring tools like Zabbix and GrafanaBasic knowledge of LinuxUnderstanding of VoIP protocols like Sip, RTP, WebRTCWorking knowledge of APIs and integrationsDrivers licence and own reliable transportWorking knowledge of n8n workflow automationWorking knowledge of Flowise bot building ATTRIBUTES:Analytical
