Purpose of the Role
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Electrical & Instrumentation
(E&I) is responsible for all financial, contractual, and cost-control
functions on site.
The QS must ensure that every project activity is measured,
costed, reported, and invoiced accurately to maintain profitability,
transparency, and compliance with contractual terms.
The role demands strict adherence to deadlines, documentation
standards, and reporting accuracy, ensuring that site operations maintain a
minimum average Gross Profit (GP) of 30% per quarter.
